We are a CARF-accredited and MassHealth-funded program that provides individuals in Massachusetts with an alternative to assisted living care. Our adult foster care program is federally funded and Massachusetts Medicaid-administered. We offer a new living option for individuals with varying medical, physical, and cognitive challenges and need assistance with their activities of daily living in order to maintain a safe lifestyle within their communities.
Our diverse social service agency provides adult foster care services to older adults and individuals with disabilities 16 years or older in Massachusetts. We are understanding, culturally sensitive and empathetic to the needs of each member and our goal is to provide ideal service to the families we serve.
We are properly managed by a team of diverse and highly skilled individuals who ensure that these members/individuals can maintain their dignity and pursue satisfying daily activities, with the assistance of trained, in-home family or non-family caregivers.
